The Service is diverse and covers the processing of inquiries, the commissioning, maintenance or repair of units and the supply of replacement parts – no matter where in the world the unit is installed.

The services network has technicians throughout the world. Thanks to own branches in Belgium, Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, Spain and in Turkey customers are supported in their native languages by a service specialist or directly from the head office in Switzerland.
Alongside our own company branches, other agents in other European countries such as Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia and Sweden are trained according and offer a fast replacement part service.

All service managers and engineers receive regular training at our headquarters in Switzerland and are informed of the most current state of the new products and features.

Furthermore Zumbach offers all customers the possibility of sending their own service and maintenance personnel to the headquarters for training.
