ZUMIND Medical Conference 2025 – A Strategic Dialogue with India’s Medical Extrusion Leaders

Zumbach Electronic India Pvt. Ltd. (ZUMIND) successfully hosted the ZUMIND Medical Conference 2025 on August 19th in Delhi, India. The event served as a focused platform to engage with key stakeholders in the medical device and extrusion sectors, showcasing Zumbach’s cutting-edge measurement and control technologies for high-precision applications.

The conference welcomed 15 participants from 8 leading companies specializing in medical tubing and extrusion. The discussions revolved around Zumbach’s technological range of measuring and control solutions and innovations, including:

• Fine Wire Micro-Extrusions (~25 microns): Diameter and concentricity monitoring for ultra-fine applications
• OPVC / PVC Tubing & Multi-Layer Co-Extrusions (1-25mm): Outside diameter/Inside diameter, wall thickness, eccentricity, and SRD control for consistent quality
• Industrial & Specialty Applications: High-precision tubing and micro-bore extrusions requiring minimal material waste and maximum consistency
